Founder Profile:

• Stage: Pre-pre-seed; either at the problem/idea stage or not yet having raised significant funding.
• Experience: Graduates with at least 2 years of full-time work experience, including internships (excluding working student positions), or those with substantial operational experience in an SME 
• Location: Must be based in Germany.
• Language: Must be fluent in English.
